Designed by one of our trainers with the more mature gym-goer in mind, the fantastically named Sliver Circuits for over 50's promotes the following:
- Improved mobility and flexibility
- Improved balance and coordination
- Reduced risk of falling
- Increased stamina and endurance
- Higher energy levels

The structure of the class includes a gentle 5 minute warm up including a range of mobility improving exercises, followed by upper and lower body movements in a circuit, primarily using only body weight, progressing to the use of resistance bands and other simple pieces of equipment.
